Candidates who have been provisionally
selected for the above programmes for 2011 Session are directed to submit
following document at the time of registration in this Institute, from
a)Matriculation Certificate/Date of Birth
Certificate
b)10+2 Marks Card
c)10+2 Qualification Certificate
d)B.Tech/B.E
Grade Card/Marks card
e)B.Tech/B.E
Degree Certificate
f) 16 Nos
Passport size Photograph
g)GATE Score Card in case GATE qualified candidates.
h)OBC/SC/ST Category Certificate to be
submitted as per CCB-2011 format.
i)Sponsorship Certificate in case of sponsored
candidate.
j) Proof of 02 years Regular
Service/Working Experience Certificate (for Sponsored
Candidates) only.
k)Character Certificate
l) Migration Certificate.
l) 2 set of photo state copies of all
certificates.
M) Affidavit from Ist Class Magistrate: For unemployed candidates:
a) That
I am not employed in any government/semi-government organization as a
Permanent employee
and/or on contractual basis.
b) That I am not involved in any unlawful activities
during the gape period.
c) That
I will abide by the rules and regulation of NIT Srinagar,
which
are subject to amendments/changes from time to time.
d) That the information given in the
affidavit is correct and if any of my statement
is found to be false later, I not that the NIT
Srinagar has the right to cancel may
admission from the Institute.
e) Admission
fee Rs.35000/=in the shape of Demand Draft in favour of Director
National
NIT,Sringar.
