 Candidates
who have got seat in 5th round of allotment have to physically
report at N.I.T Srinagar from 3rd August to 7th August
2010 along with the following original documents. a) Documents essential for
completion of reporting formalities: 1.
AIEEE 2010 Score Card / AIEEE 2010
Admit Card issued by issued by CBSE 2. Class
X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth. 3. Pass
Certificate and Marks sheet of qualifying examination. 4. Certificate
of category (OBC / SC / ST), if applicable, issued by the competent authority 5. Certificate for Physically Challenged (PH) 6. Passport, if the candidate has passed the
qualifying examination from outside India; this is required for determining the
'State from which eligible'. 7. Proof of place of examination Center of the
final examination from the National Open School for candidates having Senior
Secondary Certificate; this is required for determining the 'State from which
eligible'. b) Additional Documents /
requirements essential for completion of admission formalities at NIT Srinagar: 1.
Character certificate from the
school/college last attended. 2.
Discharge certificate from the
school/college last attended. 3.
Migration certificate. 4.
Affidavit for gap period duly
attested by 1st Class
magistrate (in case of those who have not joined any Educational institute
after passing 10+2 examination till date.) 5.
16 passport size photographs. 6.
Mess fee. Rs 8500/- for Students who
want to reside in hostels. Note:
1.
Candidates
are advised to bring two sets of Xerox copies of above documents. 2.
Candidates
who have already deposited fees in favor of CCB, need not to pay any tuition
fees etc. However, they have to pay Mess fees only, if applicable. 3.
Candidates
who have been allotted seat for first time in 5th round have to
deposit Rs 35000/- ( and Rs 25000/- in
case SC/ST) as fees besides mess fee of Rs 8500/-, if applicable. |
