Candidates who have been selected for M. Tech. Programme against 3rd round of allotment have to physically report at N.I.T Srinagar from 5thSeptember to 13th September 2010 along with the following original documents.

Documents essential for completion of registration/admission formalities

1.   Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth.

2.   Marks/ Grade Card of Qualifying examination

3.   Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination

4. Certificate of category (OBC / SC / ST), if applicable, issued by the competent authority as per CCB/MHRD guidelines.

5.   Sponsorship certificate in case of sponsored candidates.

6.   GATE score card in case of GATE qualified candidates.

7.   Character certificate from the college/ institute last attended.

8.    Migration certificate, if applicable


9.    Affidavit for not working/ studying anywhere for unemployed candidates


10. Sixteen( 16 )  passport size photographs.


Fees:

                        a) Admission fees: Rs 35000/- in the shape of DD in favour of Director N.I.T Srinagar or can be paid in cash N.I.T Srinagar.
                        b) Mess fee:                             Rs. 8500/- for those who want to reside in hostels.

Note:

1.      Candidates are advised to bring two sets of Xerox copies of above documents.

2.      Registration in absentia is not allowed
