Note:
1. All the participants must carry
their Institute identity card.
2. The participants from outside
J&K state must reach to NIT Nagpur on their own on 19.1.2012 and leave back
to their home places on morning of 23.1.2012.
They will be reimbursed their sleeper class
train fare on submission of their railway tickets.
3. Participants from Kashmir
valley will leave from NIT Srinagar likely on 17.1.2012, while as participants
from Jammu will join on 17.1.2012 in the evening at
Jammu Railway station. The exact
dates will be confirmed depending upon the road conditions.
4. Outside state participants must
make the confirmation before their departure.
5. All the participants from
Kashmir valley are informed to report on 14.1.2012 at 11.30 AM for general
instructions failing which the reservation of the participant
will be cancelled.
